Our President, Wanda Leaf, is the only Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) in Canada's North.
In 2005 we designed our own on-line registration system which has allowed us to streamline the registration process and extend our services beyond our territory. It is a fully customizable system designed by a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) who understands the registration process.

One month prior to this conference we were hired to coordinate registration, travel subsidy coordination support and a logistics coordination for a gala event. Short timelines usually pose problems especially when they are being held during the tourist season here in the Yukon. This lead to some innovative approaches for the gala venue – The Old Firehall supported by a Tent to accommodate numbers and exhibitors which lead to extensive work with regard to licensing. We completed all tasks on time, the gala venue looked incredible, was well attended and the clients thoroughly enjoyed it!

conference logo, website. Client wanted a site which was different
and colourful and practical in terms of easy navigation, content etc.
We also coordinated on-line registration, all logistical components,
assisted with keynote speaker recruitment, designed and coordination
production of promotional products, offered pre-post tours and
customized our
team-building tour into a
workshop which was included in the conference program. All components received excellent
reviews and as a direct result of this conference we have received
further inquiries as to our
tour experience.
